If your family is new to Wake County, you must provide both phone and FAX numbers for your child’s previous school.

Please bring in a current Proof of Address and the form below to request a new bus route or bus stop.

WCPSS accepts the following for Proof of Address:
- Current, recently dated gas, water, or electric bill; OR
- Signed lease agreement, or minimum 6-month rental agreement; OR
- Signed closing statement or construction agreement with closing datewithin 45 days of enrollment of student.
(The proof of address must be in the name of the parent or court-appointed custodian.)
